Our curriculum comes directly from the top authorities in the industry—utilizing AVERT protocols and partnering with the Active Shooter Prevention Project, a network led by elite federal and special operations veterans. For emergency medical care, we build strictly on the gold-standard, peer-reviewed frameworks of the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and HSI. The founder of Red Barn Tactical Anthony Curti brings indstury credentials as a veteran, firefighter, and EMT, his style is strictly ego-free. He built Red Barn Tactical to make real-world safety accessible to everyone—skipping the jargon so everyday people can feel confident, capable, and prepared to protect their families.

Chief Financial Officer, Jaden Carlson combines financial leadership with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and her background as a former professional women’s motocross rider. She manages fiscal oversight, day-to-day operations, and scheduling, bringing the exact discipline, athlete-focused strategy, and operational excellence needed to drive Red Barn forward.
